What if I am unsure about a size?

Do you ship overseas?

I am having difficulty placing my order. What should I do?

How do I exchange an order?
Contact eighty8ind@gmail.com to discuss and arrange an exchange of your Eighty8 Industries purchase.
Can I return an order if I’ve changed my mind?
Yes! Shopping online with Eighty8 Industries is hassle-free, and return postage is free (within Australia) if you send your order back within 10 days from the date your parcel was delivered.
How do I return my order?
Contact us at eighty8ind@gmail.com within 10 days from the date your parcel was delivered and we can arrange a return with free return postage.
How do I cancel an order?
We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible so contact us at eighty8ind@gmail.com quickly to arrange a cancellation. If the order has been completed and posted, the cancellation will be processed as a return.
When will my order be posted?
All orders placed before 12:30pm Monday-Friday will be sent the same day. If you place your order after 12.30pm it will be sent the following business day. After 12:30pm Friday your parcel will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as we have completed your order we will send you a Delivery Confirmation email, enabling you to track your parcel.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will send you a Tracking Confirmation email with your parcel’s consignment number, allowing you to track your parcels progress.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All parcels are shipped from Queensland, Australia, and are sent via Australia Post. Metropolitan and regional delivery times and procedures vary. Standard Post generally takes between 3-7 working days, and Express Post parcels are 1-2 working days from dispatch. International orders are also sent via Australia post, and may take between 5-19 days, depending on where you live.
How much is postage?
Postage is free to all destinations in Australia when your order is $100.00 or more. For orders less than $100.00, there is a $9.95 Standard postage fee. Express postage will incur an additional $5.00 charge. For international orders, the postage fee is $19.95.
What currency are your prices in?
Australian Dollars.
Will tax be added to my order?
All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), so you will not pay more than the advertised price.
Is your website secure?
Yes. When ordering with Eighty8 Industries, your financial information passes through to a secure server using the latest SSL encryption technology.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard transactions are processed through PayPal. We also accept payments via PayPal accounts. Please note, orders paid with PayPal cheques can take up to 5 business days to complete.
How safe is my personal information?

Do you store my credit card information?
No we do not store Credic Card information.

No. Credit card transactions are processed through the security of PayPal.
